Remain interesting with Coconut jelly

-Ingredients:

Fresh coconut water: 1L

Jelly powder: 5g

Sugar: 100g

Coconut milk: 150ml

-Instruction:

Layer 1:

Step 1: Pour coconut water (1L) & sugar (100g) into the saucepan, bring it to a boil. Add jelly powder then stir well.

Step 2: Transfer the mixture into a coconut shell, wait until it cools down then put in the fridge for 40 mins.

Layer 2:

Step 1: Pour coconut water (150ml), coconut milk (150ml) into the saucepan, bring it to a boil.

Step 2: Transfer the mixture into the coconut shell, refrigerate it for 20 mins.
